xCarve Pro 4x4 Homing issue / Y2 axis issue

I haven’t used my xCarve for about a month, and when I hit the Home function today I heard a click and no movement. The gantry was about a foot from the back of the bed when this happened. After a few seconds I got the message that homing failed. I clicked out of that and went to use the controls to move the gantry forward as I was trying to check a measurement with a certain bit installed. When I had it move forward 1" the left moved with purpose and the right was drug behind. The lead screw spins freely. I took off the back plate and checked the belt, but that is fine. What do I check next?

Update: Z and X will also not move electrically, but can be manually moved fairly easily.

It sounds like the issue may be more than just the Y2 belt. Since X and Z also won’t move electronically, I’d start by checking the power supply, E-stop, controller connections, and motor driver status. The fact that one Y side moved while the other lagged could point to a motor/coupler issue, but losing X and Z as well makes me think it’s worth checking the electronics before tearing into the mechanics. Hopefully it’s something simple like a loose connector.
