Hey @MarkAValdez! What was the issue with this carve?
Looks like your feed rate is too slow = melted plastic which gobs up on the tip and drag/smear the sheet.
lines are not clean, rough and melting around letters
what speed would you recommend ?
This is going to sound Strange But I use bacon Grease on the bit. I spent 25 years in the Auto Trade Show construction, and when routing and drilling Plexi we always used Bacon Grease. Washes off with Fantastic
Or Crisco shortening.
