Y-axis left motor plug

I use my x-carve quite a bit to do simple kerf cuts on multiple boards along the y-axis. I pretty much make 32ea 22" cuts over and over again. I’ve noticed that when the y-axis is moving toward the front of the machine, it pulls out the left y-axis motor plug and jacks up the whole job. I’ve re-routed the cables through the track a few times, but I am still having trouble with it. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? If so, how did you fix it? I know I could somehow force the plug to stay in or secure the cable. However, I know that’s a band-aid since it will create a chafing condition down the road.

Thanks in advance.
