Seems like shop signs are all the rage recently so during the blizzard this weekend I cranked this one out - 5.5x24" Pine using two stage cutting in Easel. Turned out OK however I made the mistake of not marking how deep the 1/4" bit was in the collet before switching to a smaller bit - thus I had to re-zero and everything ended up being just slightly off (most notable along LH inside edge. Better luck next time I suppose - every time I make something I learn something new.
If I make another Iāll probably change it to read āCustom CNC Widgets & Thingsā - but I feel like my make-shift shop at least has an identity now!
