Just started working with smaller panel hardwoods. I am on a community used shopbot that doesnt allow hold downs, most folks screw down. But i need full contact, not just on edges. Will this brand work?

Prefer something that can be removed without leaving residue or ruining woodgrain.
I used HD tape once and glue bunched up on bit and clogged whole thing, I would not use this tape again 
I think I seen some better choices on this forum.
I scored about 9 rolls of double back tape from my local Big Lots store for $1.15 ea! They work great!!
Make your own from masking tape and super glue. Cheap, holds well and leaves no residue.
This stuff is the best!
I’ve switched to this brand and it works awesome.
Easy to peel the backing off.

Cost FYI:
Spectape is 1"x36yrds for $18
Intertape is 2"x36yrds, 2 rolls for $18
So intertape give you 4 times as much for the same cost. I’m going to give it a try and report back.
Finding the right double sided tape took me forever.
Some tapes left a sticky residue on the wood
Some tapes were difficult to remove from the wood
Some tapes had a backing that was hard/impossible to remove
Some tapes were too thick so the work could wiggle around
Some tapes just did not hold

And that is all I have used ever since, in my opinion it is the perfect hold down tape. It is about $17 for 30 yards of of 2 inch wide tape so it is not the cheapest, but it is the best
