Hey, been running the upgrade kit on my 1000mm XCarve for well over a year or so and everything was running great. I have noticed that the Z axis sounds like its cutting out and struggling when moving up and down when using the z-probe and during cuts. This has progressivly gotten worse… I also noticed there is a little bit of slop in moving it up and down by hand. I have two videos showing these issues.
I have pulled the router off and checked the derlin nut and its tight. The higher I raise the router, the better it sounds and less slop. It appears to be worse in the normal area where my router does the majority of its cutting. Not sure where the issue is… Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
