It is essentially the same as the diagram above for the X controller.
You connect the X/Y/Z outputs and the ground to the matching pins on the Gshield (somewhere in the xcarve instructions it shows which pins are which), and then connect power/ground to an appropriate power supply (I used a tiny buck converter).
I am running these sensors with the Gshield, but my arduino is flashed with a different version of grbl, so a picture would probably just complicate things as my pins are different.
