Hello I head install the z axis upgrade and its sound really wrong.
Have anybody a idea what i can do?

get used to it, no belt loop equals noise. had the same problem.
try increasing the plunge rate will make it a little more Quiter.
direct drive is a little noisier.

That is the normal sound. Previously you had the belt and the polymer V Wheels to help dampen the sound. There are steps to reduce the sound, but it requires changing dip switch settings and setting the grbl settings differently… another way to lessen the noise is to drive it faster (higher plunge rate), since it is most noisy at slow speeds.
