spend all this money and ya cant even get them to answer the damn phone, how about a little customer service once in awhile? I want to TALK to a live person, if I wanted to text I would have done so from the start, if I wanted to get on the webpage and search for answers I would have done so from the start. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!
