When I do sign I use a 30 degree cutter and set it at .010 cutter size it has worked good on small letters

Thats GREAT advice, I need to add a 30degree bit to my limited arsenal.
Do you think i can use 1/4, 1/8, upcut for this project?
@RayTSalvador It looks like you have a regular bit of 1/16" set and a detail bit of 1/16". Try removing the detail bit and see if that fixes your error. My guess is that there is nothing to carve with the detail pass because all the lines are carved with the regular pass.

You have to go to “File>Share>Share with link” to share the project. Once you select the “Share with link” just copy that URL and paste it here.

I just tested this theory and it does not seem that Easel cares if both bits are set to the same diameter. I get <1 minute for the Roughing Pass and 53 minutes for the Detail Pass. Unless something changed, I am thinking that something is wrong with the project on the backend possibly.

I am able to open the file as they have not shared it publicly. The only other thing I can think is they have some extra geometry besides the text that needs to be deleted.
