I just wanted to say, Thank you! to Inventables for the fantastic customer service i received. To keep it short my x-carve machine stopped working, John Hayes helped me with my problem. I feel he went above and beyond what most of us know customer service to be with any other company. Thank you again, I know I will be a long time customer.
