Exploder App Open Paths

I complained about this months ago, and I’m still having the same issue. I import a text svg, and then I used the exploder app so that I can move the words closer and reorient them so I can waste less material. For some reason though, the word path is open when I explode it and then changed the cut to outline. Has anyone else had this problem?
