The HUB person when out town and i being waiting on it ever since, my 3d printer gets here on Saturday so i will print this my self

What size screws do we need ?

Hi Sorry to hear the Hub person let you down.

The bolts for the hose flange are M5 at least 18mm long.
The clamp bolts should be M5 16mm
The screws for mounting to the bottom of the router, need to be 5mm longer than the stock screws on the router.

I found some perfect screws at the hardware store and just ground the sharp end off them to mount on my router.

Have it printed, will probably install it today or tomorrow, you thing you can make the VAC hole 2-1/2 I believe its 1 " at the moment

The current connector is set up for a 1 1/4" shopvac hose. I can take a shot at adding an expanded connection to the file. I’ll see if I can get some specs on the 2.5" and put up the design.
