Hello, can somebody kindly advise me on this issue thanks? I am frequently experiencing during a carving procedure a disconnection issue, and the machine will stop carving and wont commence again from where it left off. Would this be a controller problem, a laptop problem or a USB connection? Other times the BLUE carve tab will not turn to GREEN. The machine is a New Zealand built one, very good, with a controller similar to the X Carve.
