I’m using the X Carve Pro. Please help with advice on cutting out letters using .020 or .040 aluminum sheets. What grade and/or hardness of the aluminum What bit to use. What feed speed and spindle speed. I have been researching and there are many different ways. I’m very new to CNC carving. I have around 300 letters to cut!
Brandon, I have been an X-Carve user since 2015. If I had 300 letters to cut, I would farm it out to a water jet cutter who gave me a good bid. Just to save my sanity.

If you really want to dive in, You are going to need a vacuum table or super glue each sheet down to a substrate.
