The most simple solution is (as per the final step of the install instructions, at the bottom of this page: X-Carve Instructions: 9mm Belt Upgrade Kit ) to re-do the machine setup in Easel and to select the appropriate upgrades. Easel will then correct the calibration settings automatically.
However for reference here are the new settings for both the Z upgrade and the X,Y upgrade:
