My father was a Navy Seebee and could do anything with his hands. I followed him around and learned a lot, so I’ve always loved working with wood. I’m retired and decided it’s time to put what I’ve learned to use. I want to start a small business making things with the X-Carve. Right now I am working on making Christmas ornaments for my family. I’ve also started a flag for the local fire department. I still have a lot to learn about the X-Carve, like controlling the depth of the cut. I’ve messed up a few times, but I’m learning every day.
