Y Axis freezes after homing cycle

After going thru the homing cycle and being told by Easel Im good to go… when I go to move the spindle to the corner of my piece the Y axis freezes. I have checked the belts and nuts. The machine jogs smoothly when I am testing the wiring before the homing cycle. Getting very frustrated w my X Carve.
