Hey guys I am have trouble getting the machine to complete a carve using picsender or UGS. I can get it to complete using Easel. The spindle will shut off and just stop moving. When using UGS nothing comes up saying error or lost of communication. In picsender it will come up and say there was an error with the USB communication. This just started a couple of weeks ago. In the process of trying to get it to run the power supply died so Inventables sent me a new power supply and also a new control board. but I am still having troubles. I have been able to get 4 or so 1 to 1 1/2 hr carves to work in Easel but UGS and picsender only make it like 30 to 45 minutes and stop. ---

I read that some people had to use a powered usb hub. I will have to load picsender and ugs on my good laptop and give it a try I just hate using it in the garage ---

Can you please post a link to the cables you have so I can give that a try
