UPDATE
I’ve received the new gantry from Inventables. Installed it and it runs again, however, I’m still having random ‘Holds’ and skipping gcode. Still working with Inventable support on these issues.

I’ve grounded the XCP with the Vacuum ground that connects to the XCP controller.
I’ve removed all power strips and connected right to the outlet, which is grounded.
Only thing I know yet to do is install a wire from the Breakers right to the XCP, if that is the issue… Don’t know yet.

Have you tried running a file without the vacuum running? Any large electrical loads nearby?

@BrandonR_Parker good suggestion. I’ve learned that lesson before. No vacuum running during cuts and I do not spot vacuum, all for the same reason. no large loads nearby that I can think of.
