# X-Axis Jogging Right on small settings but not Left

We used the 0.1 mm jog on our X-axis carriage, and it only moves right, not left. We’ll look into cleaning and tightening, but we’ve also noticed that circles aren’t always cutting perfectly. Is this a known issue?

Try clicking the left multiple times, 0.1mm is a very small amount and you will have some backlash.  
Do you hear the motor when you click left? If not check your stepper wiring at both ends. Sometimes the crimp can break the wire.
