does anyone know if there is a cursive font out there that will allow you to cut out a word with an i that will keep the dot over the i? thanks in advance
I create an extra"i" remove the bottom that gives you the dot. I remove the dot on the word then just place the dot touching the bottom of the i

Another option is to use Easel´s Xploder app which break the editable “letter” into “true” vector objects. So the “i” would now consist of two individual objects.
