I just completed a 45 min cut and everything went well. I started vacuuming around the table when I noticed a v-wheel just sitting on the table. I’m not sure when it fell off but lucky for me it didn’t ruin the carve. Has anyone else experienced one of these falling off before? ---

You’ll find many folk have either used locktite or have used a second lock nut to keep these tight. Vibration is the natural enemy of anything mechanical.
