# Spindle jerking

Greetings!!!I’ve Been using my X-Carve for a while,And just now I noticed that the spindle is jerking,I’ve done check all the wires and the Stepper motors,All looks good,can someone help me on this?

I assume it is chatter and possibly it is specific to one or two directions of cut. Commonly noticed or pronounced when cutting across grain in hardwoods.  
Check all your V wheels for correct adjustment and belt tension.  
If you cannot cure it with those adjustments try a fresh sharp bit or reduce your feed rate.
