Hi everyone, I have an intermittent fault with the xcarve during carving, the machine skips every now and then whilst carving perfectly. I have checked belt tensions, V wheels seem ok, I keep the speed settings to a minimum but just can’t seem to figure out why it does this…just when I gain a little bit off confidence after a few carves it happens again…I cant even figure out why it seems to cure itself. Has anyone else experienced this?? Cheers

Grinding noise? Check for a loose wire somewhere. It may be making intermittent contact when the machine is moving / vibrating

Xcontroller or Arduino/G-Shield based?
