# Side Board Purchase

Hi,
As I’m new here and will be purchasing the 1000mm x-carve I will be purchasing majority of the stuff from inventables, but unsure about the side board. Is the side board just a small mdf piece with the hardware for the current price of $79 or am I missing something? if so I will just make my own.

It is the MDF side board prepped for hardware, the necessary frame sections and hardware.

I made the equivalent of the sideboard with some scrap wood that I had laying around. It works quite well as an X Controller mount and at hiding wires.
