Mine was supposed to ship yesterday morning UPS next day service. UPS was here at 10:00am, no controller. Tracking says UPS doesn’t have the package yet. Check you tracking let us know if anyone has theirs confirmed.
Since Dec 7th the stated wait time on the web site has been 6-8weeks.
Yea they are based in Chicago I live in Iowa about 3 hours away so you can do local pickup they refund the shipping and I’m just have to call and they bring it out once I get there and I don’t have to wait for delivery lol

I wouldnt be too worried, i received a shipping notification on Wednesday morning and mine says the same thing. That just means they printed the shipping labels but they havnt dropped them off to be shipped yet.
I’m really sorry for the delay. It’s unacceptable. We had some manufacturing issues that took longer to resolve than we expected. The good news is we started shipping. Here is an update:
X-Controller kit orders placed through 12/20/17 will ship by EOD 2/24/17
X-Controller kit orders placed 12/21/17 through 1/22/17 are projected to ship week of 2/27/17 - 3/3/17
X-Controller kit orders placed after 1/23 are projected to ship by 3/10/17
These are rough estimates and subject to change as we get better information. I wanted to give you the update as soon as possible.

Got notice today that my controller will ship by end of the day! Initial order was placed 12/30, so it will get to me within the 8 week window as promised! Can’t wait!
Can anyone tell me if VCARVE Pro is really worth $300 more than VCARVE Desktop? I’m looking for something that I can use with the router (2 &2.5D) and my JTECH 3.8 watt laser (etching and cutting). Thanks!

Mine is supposed to arrive today, and my UPS driver usually arrives around 2 pm but not today… =( i am like a little kid in a candy store.
Ordered mine back at the end of jan, just got today. Thought they assembled it for you. Pissed i have to put this F’ing thing together. WTF!
It all came in just last week. Yeah! Now I have things to do to get it set up. Soon I hope to join the forum with my creations instead of lamentations.
