My project cuts deeper as it goes on

help please, i have been cutting stars for flags for a few years now and started to notice that after about 2 rows of stars its cutting deeper and deeper to the point my stars have rounded tips any advise

What machine? Check that any pulley set screws on the Z axis are tight.

Did you check those set screws on the pulley?
