Cost is a factor, safety is a factor. However, stock on hand sometimes is the deciding factor. Now, I just need to follow-up with enclosing the SSR and I’m good to go. In my case of selecting the SSR the risk is small, but predictable is preventable.

No manual overide with iot… with my box I control everything super easy when I’m done main power kills everything. I can switch my light of when I’m not standing over the machine watching… I love my control box it’s safe because before I stick my hands in the cabinet I kill spindle power.

Not sure what you are asking. They are TTL outputs ( on / off ). M7 pin A4 5 volts. M8 pin A3 5 volts. M9 pin A3 and A4 0 volts.
