It appears the makerslide slots on my y-plate have been cut in the wrong position

It’s been a problem lately.

Makerslides and Brackets holes not lining up

Am I doing something wrong? My x-axis makerslides didn’t line up. Had to file the hole slightly bigger. Now its happening with the y axis makerslides and the end brackets. Not s big deal really, just wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

I had the same issue with my x-carve and it was worse with the x-carve my company purchased.
