Untighten the black plastic screw block your Z-screw run on, does anything change?

Yes it solved the Z problem .
The Y-axis is not parallel how I fix it?

Excellent, this block should only be tightened enough so its firm. Tighten too much and the block can “skew” a little causing the screw to bind more easily.
