Talked with Mo in customer service, who was awesome, and we got everything ironed out. Canā€™t say enough how great the service is and I donā€™t even have a machine yet! :grinning:

We also, Mo was GREAT help! Got the X-Carve V1.0 (?) today and the Upgrade ordered.
