# Has anyone tried upgrading to 570 oz-in stepper motors with the X-controller?

I’ve got some significant stiffness mods in work on both the X- and Y-axes, and I’m thinking of upgrading to an X-controller and some big 570 oz-in steppers to take advantage. Has anyone tried these? Are they totally overkill?
