Hay, thanks. I was able to get it in and then cut a small example last night. I am not sure what I was doing wrong.

So, I used the cap that was submitted by Eric Jenkins and then found a png image of nuka cola and centered it on the 2d drawing.
I used a .25 em to rough and a 1/8 ballnose to finish. Just scaled it yo about 7in dia in mdf to try it out.
