Cut settings to the right?

I cannot access cut settings. When I select it the dialogue box is to the right of screeen and I cannot get it to move left, so I cannot modify any cut settings, Help please

Same here James. I use Google Chrome browser, and I have to either change the Zoom settings to 80% … or hit my Show Side Panel icon to push the cut setting window over. Absolutely annoying. Hopefully someone has found a resolution. This started last week for me
