A customer was looking for a pair of emblems to be made for her truck and wanted a shamrock and mule design made. I modeled the emblems in vcarve and mirrored the design to have a mirror effect for the left door and right door. Emblems where cut out of .25 6061 aluminum and then powder coated in a silver color. After the engravings where painted and cleared and sent off to Texas! Time for the emblems where about 30 mins each and a day to powder coat and paint the engravings.
Link to my YouTube channel for the progress video from start to finish and other projects I’ve made in aluminum.
