# Converting pictures?

Anyone knows how to convert a picture to carve in my x-carve ?

The only other way is to use anything that can take the image variance and make a height map.  
Then you have to do some clean up.  
Not easy as it sounds so the vectric software is the easiest. Just it costs a bit of cash.
