# Computer won't recognize x-carve

I just got my new x-carve in and we are having trouble getting the x-carve to connect. We have tried the FTDI driver installation. We also tried bypassing the usb hub on the x-controller and trying every usb port on our computer. I am at a stand still. Can anyone help? Thanks

Yes we did. We actually resolved the issue. Apparently our run of x-carves had a mistake on the circuit board where you couldn’t plug in the usb cord all the way. There was another maker on here that had the same issue that we found. Thank you for your help.
