# Computer wont recognize the xcarve

My computer and x carve were working yesterday…turned it on today and now easel wont recognize my x carve and the (carve) button wont turn green…whats happening here.

1. Check your USB cable, You may need to swap it out with another cable.
2. Move the cable to as different USB port on the computer
3. Check the power light on the arduino to be sure it is getting power.
4. Reboot the computer and try again.

I got it working…had to restart the computer a few times
