I have my cord plugged into the computer but it won’t recognize it. When I go to device manager it is not there. When I go to devices and printers it is there but it does not have a location when I right-click on it.

In order to provide our customers with a secure and safe environment, Inventables has decided to end support to Easel Driver versions prior to 0.3.3. As of August 19, 2019, Easel will no longer be able to connect to any machine running an Easel Driver version older than 0.3.3.
