I found a couple of threads but really not a good solution. Is there a way to connect my Acer that runs Chrome OS up to Easel?

No, Chrome OC lacks the ability to run the drivers needed to control the CNC over USB connection… Technically a highly inclined IT professional with a backround in Chrome could backdoor the OS and force it to work , but to the laymen, it’s a solid no. Also neither will a iPAD for basically the same reasons…
