my x carve is on its way to the UK and I was wondering what tools, bits, solder, heat shrink, etc I should have to hand before the machine arrives for assembly all comments welcome thanks guys

metric wrench set, sockets, and allen keys, soldering equipment, crimpers,wire strippers, zip ties, phillips screw driver, blue loc-tite, tape measure and square

Get some heat shrink tubing also.

Unless they have changed the Makerslide hardware you also need a torx driver.

Also, an iPad or laptop so you can follow the online assembly instructions as you go.
