Strange behavior with X-Carve, Chilipeppr, and V-Carve

I’m having a ton of problems exporting gcode from both Aspire 8.0 and VCarve Pro 6 to use with my X-Carve. I export using the inch post processor for X-Carve, drag and drop into Chilipeppr, and everything looks good in my preview window. I think I might be missing a step or have something misconfigured.
