Wanting to find an accurate 360 degree protractor design. Preferably one I could resize using the Easel software program.

If your are doing geometry, the zero angle starts to the right (the positive X axis) and the degrees increase as you turn counter clockwise.
However, in navigation, the zero angle is north, and the degrees increase as you turn clockwise.
